Environmental Studies

Environmental Studies is offered to all pupils to enrich their educational experience and support content mastery in Science. It provides a meaningful real-world context for pupils to relate and apply their learning and to develop 21st century competencies.

Although Science is not a formal subject taught in Primary 1 and 2, fundamental nature study topics will be introduced to these young learners through the outdoor education segment under the Programme for Active Learning (PAL). They will also learn about animals and birds while learning language skills.

Our Science and Green Club members carried out a project on microbeads in the environment and shared what they have learnt with the school during assembly. Watch the video and join them to stop the spread of these killer microbeads.
